Set 2 - exercise 7

Now, close your eyes again and become aware of your heart. By this I mean your etheric heart in the centre of your chest, rather than your physical heart. Spend a few silent moments tuning into your own heart and how it feels. Then, slowly open your eyes, become aware of the other person’s heart. Tune in to how their heart feels, how it is different to yours. Share the heart space between you without speaking for a while. How does it feel compared to the previous exercise? Take some time, enjoy the warmth and acceptance of this heart space. Then listen to your partner’s impressions and tell them yours.
