Subtle body awareness exercise 3:
These exercises involve grounding yourself in present time and expanding on the awareness you gained in the first two exercise sections. You can practise the first one below, exercise 14, anywhere, anytime, alone or in company. For Exercise 15, you will need to be in a quiet space alone, without being interrupted. For the final one, Exercise 16, you will need a willing and like-minded partner. The last two exercises will take up to an hour each, so please ensure you will be uninterrupted for this period of time. The first one is much shorter.
