Set 1 - exercise 3

The next exercise requires a willing partner. Sit opposite the other person, about an arms-length apart. Are you ready?

Close your eyes and ground yourself, feeling the surface on which you are sitting and the ground beneath your feet. Each of you rub your hands rapidly together…..and turn them palm upwards for a few seconds….. feel the vibration? Then turn your palms to face your partner’s body, without touching at this point. What do you sense, through the air, about your partner’s energy? Is their energy perhaps warmer or cooler, denser or less dense, than your own? Slowly move your palms farther away from your partner. What differences can you feel? Is there a point at which the vibration is too faint to feel clearly, or you can no longer sense their energy through your hands?

Gently open your eyes and share your impressions with your partner.
