Now open your awareness to all three energy centres—heart, belly and Third Eye. Become aware of how you feel as you sense the person opposite you. Feel the differences between you with complete acceptance and without judgement. Is the person opposite you centred between all the energy centres or are they more ‘in’ one centre than the others? What about you? Are you more in one than the other? See if you can open your awareness in a balanced way throughout heart, belly and Third Eye. It will take a little practice and you may need to repeat this exercise many times.
