Set 2 - exercise 11

In the next exercise you will need to stand facing your partner about two arms-lengths away, with your eyes open in gentle eye-contact. Designate one of you ‘A’ and the other ‘B’. This exercise involves using intention as an act of will to affect the energy between yourself and your partner.

Are you ready? Feeling the other’s energy, see if this distance is comfortable for you. If not, move closer or further apart until you both feel comfortable, while still facing each other. Starting with A, and holding eye-contact without moving, speaking or using any obvious body language or gestures, have an intention to push your partner away.
Pause there for a moment.
Notice how, exactly, you did that. Was it a push from the Third Eye, the heart or the belly? What happened? Did B move back or stay in the same spot? Exchange impressions and swap, repeat the exercise with B now using silent intention to push A away. Afterwards, share your experiences out loud. Note the differences between what happened as either of you did this exercise.
